How you can help

There are many ways you can help support After School Matters and the future of Chicago’s teens. Read through the various ways you can contribute:

Financial Support

Make your financial contribution online today!  Your support means so much to all the teens we serve. If you would like to make a donation by mail, please use the printable form to mail your donation.  If you would like to make a credit card donation by phone, contact the Development Department at 312.742.4182. 

Employee Matching Gift
Many companies have programs that “match” the charitable contributions made by their employees.  Include After School Matters in your Corporate Employee Matching Gift Program and your employer could double your impact!  Ask your Human Resources Department if you have a matching gift program.  If so, request a matching gift form, fill it out and send it to:

Donate Stock
A contribution of stock or mutual fund shares is another great way to support After School Matters.  Your stock donation allows tax benefits based on the value of the asset(s) to the fullest extent allowable by law.  For more information about donating stock, please call the Development Department at 312.742.4182.

Donate Your Professional Services

Your professional services could go a long way in helping After School Matters serve more teens.  Consider any one of these options:

• Professional Events Services for our Annual Gala

Donate In-Kind Goods

Donation of in-kind goods helps After School Matters provide more direct funding to our teen programs.  For example consider providing any of the following:

• Office Supplies
• Catering services for various teen events
• Computer Hardware
• Advertising
• Gift Cards
• Company Promotional Items
• Sports Equipment
• Customized t-shirts
• In-kind goods for use at our Annual Gala
