Return Policy

After School Matters Retail Store is not responsible for damaged or mishandling of merchandise when in transit by UPS.  We use commercially reasonable measures to package all products to avoid any damages.

Merchandise is non-refundable and is available for EXCHANGE only. If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return for an exchange, please include with your item the invoice with your full name, address and a telephone number where we can best reach you.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will send you evidence of store credit for the amount of the item. Please note that shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. This applies to all orders.

Please note:  All sales are final and merchandise cannot be returned except for store credit.

The store credit is valid for a year from date of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to After School Matters Retail Store.  Please use a service that provides tracking information, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Please also use best efforts to package the merchandise to avoid damage in transit. All merchandise should be returned to the address below:
