ASM Supplemental RFP for Fall 2008/Spring 2009

Thank you to all organizations and instructors that have submitted proposals in response to the After School Matters (ASM) Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Fall 2008/Spring 2009 term. We are in the process of reviewing and evaluating these proposals.

We are also issuing a supplemental Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Fall 2008/Spring 2009 term. After reviewing the submissions during the initial RFP, we determined that we need additional proposals to consider as part of the program selection process. In particular, we are in need of additional Campus proposals. Preference will be given to proposals that were submitted during the initial RFP period. However, submitting a proposal during the supplemental RFP ensures that your proposal is considered.

The ASM-Cityspan proposal system is now open to allow you to edit and submit proposals for the supplemental RFP. The deadline to submit a proposal as part of the supplemental RFP is Monday, April 14, 2008 at 6:00 pm. Click the following link to access the system:The ASM-Cityspan proposal system

Important notes regarding Cityspan proposal system:

  • System Requirements:
    • Your computer must have one of the following browsers: Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher, Firefox version 1.5 or higher, or Safari version 2.0 or higher. (To check the version: Open your browser. From the top menu bar, select 'Help' > 'About Internet Explorer'. A window will appear containing the version.)
      • If you have one of the operating systems below, please visit the following link Internet Exlorer 6.0 to upgrade your Internet Explorer. Then click the "Download" button.
        • Microsoft Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me), Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, or Windows XP
      • Your computer must have Microsoft Office. (Excel is needed to open and edit the budget form.)
  • During the supplemental RFP, you may either create a new proposal, or editing an existing proposal that is 'In Progress'.
  • If you have already submitted a proposal, do not resubmit the same proposal. When you login to the Cityspan proposal system, you will see a list of proposals that you have created. If the status says 'Submitted', this means that we have received the proposal and are in the process of evaluating it.
  • In order to submit your proposal, you must complete all required fields. All five sections must be marked complete before you can submit.
