Even as millennials change the way corporations manage their workforce, favoring everything from flextime to more holistic health benefits, they’re changing the way their employers give back to the community. For some companies, the desire to do good may even dovetail with its main business or expertise. Morningstar, a Chicago-based investment research company, works with local organizations like After School Matters and the Noble Network of Charter Schools to promote education and teach financial literacy to young people.
